In many cases, the most difficult issue arising from relationship break down relates to disagreement about residence/contact arrangements or other issues in respect of the children. Where possible, we will support and advise you in endeavouring to agree arrangements with the other party.

As a trained Children Panel Lawyer, my aim is to work with you in finding resolutions which are in the best interest of the children. Sometimes it may be necessary to go to court, and if this is the case we will assist and advise you with a view to achieving workable solutions that serve the best needs of the children.
